Since insomnia is a disorder affecting people primarily at night and in the evenings, it’s obvious to try taking a CBD dose just before bedtime. However, some people find better results from taking smaller doses throughout the day to help complement their evening use. Building a steady amount of CBD in the body all day long may be more useful for assisting in sleep than one large dose at the end of the day.

Insomnia can make it hard to impossible to hold down a job or enjoy time with the family.
